Working with clients and legal counsel to review each of the provisions that should be included in various agreements that a professional association or group of practitioners should have. We provide checklists and guidelines to address options for agreements, including discussions of the pros and cons in each case to facilitate the decision process by the client. Careful coordination of agreement provisions with tax considerations related to the business and personal aspects of the type of structure selected.
