Founded in 1932, Doeren Mayhew today is a globally recognized firm, serving a variety of financial institutions across the nation.

With a group of 100+ professionals dedicated to serving financial institutions, we feel confident Doeren Mayhew is the right firm to partner with to continue to serve our SBA lenders. Joining forces will create an SBA compliance powerhouse, and enable us to offer an expanded suite of services, including regulatory compliance, internal audit, vendor management reviews, SBA valuations, cybersecurity and BSA/AML software validation. Additionally, this alliance brings a wealth of merger expertise in all transactional phases, with more than 100 financial institution merger transactions already completed by Doeren Mayhew.

Effective immediately, the SBA Consulting Practice will begin operating under the Doeren Mayhew name. Garcia & Ortiz, P.A. will remain in business focused on continuing to serve its clients outside of the financial services sector.
